Can you have multiple camps on one policy?
No, the program works just like our tournament insurance program where you can purchase for one camp at a time. You can purchase multiple camps and pay for them all at once just like Team and Tournament insurance.
Is the pricing done the same as tournament insurance?
No, tournament insurance is the same rate regardless of the number of tournament days. Camp insurance will change based on the number of camp days.
Is there a minimum premium in this camp program?
What is the maximum number of days a camp can be?
7 consecutive days
What if my camp is longer than 7 consecutive days?
You will need to purchase for a second policy to cover the additional camp dates.
What if I need to add additional participants to the camp?
You will be able to add additional participants to your dashboard. You must add these additional participants before the first camp date begins.
How do I add additional insureds?
After you purchase in your dashboard you can add additional insureds.
Are waivers required to be signed?
Yes, participants under the age of 18 must have a waiver (hold harmless agreement) signed by the parent/guardian.
As the Camp director where do I get a waiver in order for parents/guardians to sign?
You will need to create your own. You may need to consult with an attorney. Make sure to follow your state laws when creating such a document.
Is Sexual Abuse & Molestation (SAM) coverage available?
Yes, Sexual Abuse & Molestation (SAM) coverage will be available. There will be underwriting questions that need to be answered in order to obtain the coverage.
What are the limits of coverage available for Sexual Abuse & Molestation (SAM)?
$1 million per occurrence/$2 million aggregate.
What if you need to change dates?
As long as you contact us before the first camp date then that is fine as we can make that change for you.
What if my camp is rained out?
Notify us within 48 hours in writing (email is best) with a signed letter from the facility then we can move the camp to a different set of dates for you.
If my camp is cancelled and I want a refund is that allowed?
Premium is fully earned at the time of purchase.
