League Insurance

The league insurance program is available to any group of 6 or more teams.

Players Choice league insurance covers play and practice, including organized/sanctioned activities of other associations.

Additional discounts are available for larger leagues. Call 1-800-447-6797 for details.

The entire premium is earned when enrollment is accepted. There are no cancellation refunds.
